What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers professionally.
- Provide product/service support, troubleshoot issues, and answer inquiries.
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently while following provided scripts and guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences with patience and professionalism.

What You Need:
- Your Own Equipment – Desktop/laptop (no Chromebooks), wired headset, and high-speed internet.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
- Self-Motivation – Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Previous Customer Service Experience (Preferred but not required).
- $20 reservation fee for the training certification class for the account you’ll work on (fully reimbursed after attending the first day of class).
- Background check fee (varies by account, reimbursed on your 3rd paycheck).
